Collection Costs Overview

Understanding Collection Fees

Lora Electric incurs specific costs when collecting overdue payments, which are essential to maintaining our service standards. These costs include attorney’s fees, filing charges, and other related expenses necessary to recover outstanding amounts.

Customers are responsible for all collection costs incurred by Lora Electric. This includes legal fees if we must pursue court action to recover unpaid balances. We apply a monthly service charge of 1.5% on any overdue amounts after 15 days.

In the event of legal proceedings, the customer agrees to cover all related expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs. Disputes will be resolved under the laws of the state where services were provided.

Standard Warranty Coverage

Lora Electric offers a comprehensive one-year warranty on labor and parts provided. This warranty guarantees that our work and installed components are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for 365 days from the service completion date.

Our warranty covers the replacement of defective parts or a refund for the service, provided a written notice is submitted within the warranty period. This warranty is non-transferable and excludes parts supplied by the customer or items declined for service.

Warranty Exclusions

Limitations on Liability

Our warranty does not cover damage due to weather, manufacturer defects, or normal wear and tear. Lora Electric disclaims liability for any damages arising from breach of contract, tort claims, or consequential damages.

Any unauthorized alterations or repairs void our warranty. Legal actions related to this agreement must be initiated within one year of the service date. Warranty work is performed during business hours, with additional charges for after-hours requests.

Unauthorized Alterations

Conditions for Voiding Obligations

Lora Electric’s commitment to providing reliable electrical services is contingent upon maintaining the integrity of our work. Any unauthorized alterations, additions, or repairs performed by third parties without our explicit consent will nullify our contractual obligations. This ensures that the quality and safety standards we uphold are not compromised by external modifications.

To preserve the warranty and service guarantees, it is imperative that any adjustments or repairs to our installations are conducted by Lora Electric or approved personnel. Unauthorized changes can lead to unforeseen complications, voiding our responsibility to address defects or issues under the original terms. We urge our clients to contact us directly for any service modifications to ensure compliance with our terms and conditions.
